Tuna Pasta Salad

Looking for something cheap, healthy and easy to prepare for your next picnic? Try this recipe. 
The Tuna Pasta Salad is very simple to do, you can prepare it in advance or in your picnic destination. You can even use it as a "easy-to-do" recipe when you are on the run.

Ingredients:
10 oz of  farfalle pasta (or penne pasta)
1 can of tuna
4 oz of mozzarella cheese
2 large carrots
2 celery branches
¼ cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup of sour cream


Preparation:
Boil the pasta. Cut the carrots, the celery branches and the mozzarella cheese in small pieces. You can also use sharped mozzarella cheese (one item less to chop!) Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
